Development Specialist

Manage and develop a team of thirteen people by coaching each analyst based on their own personal needs

·         Designed a self-evaluation coaching method that is being used throughout the department to help the analysts self-evaluate the areas they wanted to improve

·         After implementing the new coaching method, team was ranked as “Top Team” for the first time in a year
